38 week pregnant fustrated lady

First visit to Thusong services Maponya Mall offices to submit UIF documents was terrible. Was made to sit for over 4 hours whilst 38 weeks pregnant. Was not allowed to even see manager or even get their details. No name tags on the staff, who are extremely rude. No preference given to pregnant ladies and new mothers. I almost gave birth on their chairs while waiting for assistance. You expected to do everything online and if you don't have smartphone you are doomed, you can't get assistance. The staff don't even listen to question, they immediately dismiss you as if you know their systems.
