Worst service ever, ridiculously mean employees

Thusong center Maponya has the most useless, clueless, bad attitude driven employees, I app**** for my UIF online in September I received an sms stating I will get further communication with 35days,within those days I received another sms that money will be paid out within 7-10 working days, the 10 day period passed I went to enquire I was told to bring U19 forms from my previous employer, I came back with everything they asked for now the attitude lady told me that my salary throughout the months is not the same well I explain to her that we used to rate per hour when I was still a temp, she was not helpful at all I began to question her she kept on giving me attitude she gave me more forms to go to the bank and a new application form is that necessary when I app**** online, why are there online services if their not effective,now I have to leave gauteng took a day off to finish off everything today and thatbstupid employee decided to ruin my day, bad service ever to begin with I had to wait 5 hours before I could be assisted, ****en idiots
