I pains me to see our people suffering where we in a democratic country. why is is that we have to wake up in the early AM for queuing the line. this wouldn't not have happened if the stuff there did not prioritize tea more than BATHO PELE principals. where is humanity. no chairs outside will people are waiting to be attended. can our places be conducive, can the staff working there be efficient and patient. what hurts the most is that pregnant or our grannies and mothers with newly born babies are not prioritized.

please ensure that chairs are being brought on side for queuing outside. the securities standing there should do their Job as well.
