I had an extremely disappointing experience with Thusi Property Consultants. The leasing process for my apartment was managed through this company, although it was initially presented to me under the impression of being handled by a Leapfrog agent.

After vacating the property, my deposit was never refunded, and all attempts to contact the company have been ignored. Despite multiple emails and calls, there has been no response or resolution. What’s more concerning is that the individual who represented the company is now denying any association with Thusi Property Consultants, despite clear email evidence linking her to the business.

This is a serious red flag, and I strongly advise others to avoid any dealings with Thusi Property Consultants. Their behavior is *********, unprofessional, and shows a clear disregard for tenants’ rights and legal obligations.
