my worst nightmare Thusanong properties

Here's my story

We bought a house through Maddie Liebenberg through Thusanong properties all went well until we moved into the house and saw all the electrical faults, switches plugs not turning on and off, electricity cables outside not buried underground, wires hanging from the roof, Our power keep on tripping as the cables from the electrical wires around the swimming pool keeps on tripping when there is water... imagine with the rain season we are not going to have any electricity.... furthermore the previous owners are not involving themselves in the matter as they were ccd in all communication from myself to Maddie and also the Electrician infoanother1st is ignoring all our calls, emails and messages, the lawyers Hammondpole also informed me that there is nothing further they can do to assist in this matter (HOW CAN NO ONE ASSIST IN THE CONTRACT THAT WAS DRAFTED BY THEIRSELFS WHICH IS NOW BEING BREACHED????????????). Thusanong informed us that there is not much they can do and that we should speak to the previous owners and electrician, I have tried all these avenues with no help from thusanong or the Lawyers, today the electrical board informed me that the electrician that signed off the coc is not even ON THE ELECTRICAL BOARD. How can a "successful" company like this not know this and checked if everything was in order before the house was handed over?????????????????? I will never ever suggest anyone to buy property through Thusanong properties, as ones the deal is done and the moneys are paid yourself as the client will be on your own, having to run around like a headless chicken trying to resolve CONTRACT BREACHING yourself. something which is supposed to be a joyful experience for us turned into a nightmare......
