Poor hospitality and neglegence

On the 26th of August 2022, my brother was admitted in Thusanong hospital in Odendaalsrus Free state, then on the 29th when we visit him, we were told that he ran away 9n the 27th , we asked why we were never called but nobody answered, it's been a week and half and my brother is not yet found, we opened a case at the police station out case number is NV02/08/2022 with Mr Gruger ,we've also told the MEC of Freestate, but we are still waiting. It's painful because he is sick and noone is taking responsibility of the neglegence done by the hospital. Please help.
