Thupello Driving Academy refuses to return my money for services not rendered

poor communication with clients the Managing director makes empty promises and does not respond to client correspondence he also holds no level of integrity. admin lady failed to fully inform me of all requirements needed to secure both a learner's licence and a driver's licence.
