Thupello Driving Academy refuses to refund me for services NOT provided

I received terrible service from the company when I reached out to them to assist me get my leaener's licence and driver's licence. They failed to inform me of the correct procedures involved and I missed a day off work. I have paid a balance of R3070 which is part payment for securing a driver's licence with 20 Driving lessons. I have since received study material to prepare for the learner's test, which I never got to do and that's it. I lost confidence in their business conduct and cancelled my agreement .They have refused to refund me my money for the Driving lessons not done.
