Hi. I won R8000 on 19 October 2020. Requested payout only to be notified 2 days later that the payout was declined and my winnings s****ped. The reason for this is a kicker!!. Because i exchanged a coupon they gave me knowing i had a payout pending. Even further redeeming the coupon while it the payout was still pending. This is just plain ****************. Please people stay away. Big con artist
