They just Dont care

<p>I use onlie casinos a number of times sprinbok casino is my best,i kept getting mails from this thunderbolt casino asking me to make a deposit till i eventually did and the next day got an email welcoming me to the casino and to thank me for my 1st deposit,They wanted me to complete a server in termsof ho it ws which i did(wish i could take back what i said because the service is bad,Anyway the mail furter says that after completion of the servey i would recieve a bonus to say thankyou (I NEVER DID) i went to the casinos live chat and the agent tells me i dont qualify for the bonus,How the hell can i no qualify for a deposit bonus i made a deposit did i not,I mailed the casino manager her name is Alisa this was 2 days ago and still no response if the manage does no care i suggest no one registers on this site and im going to make sure everyone knows of the bad service offered here</p>
