Total ****!!

If this is not a ****, it is the worst run company I have ever dealt with. I ordered the spice rack and received a confirmation email about the order. I never received any shipping information and after a little over a week, I got suspicious and began reading reviews. I had gone to the website which is a joke and had no luck there as there is not phone number to call. You cannot even make yourself an account to check on your order. I finally got a response from the email I sent to Thunder Labs saying they had no record of my order. I had paid through paypal so I filed a complaint and investigation. About a week or so later I received an email from this Chris Lee saying he would refund me for my purchase. At this point I did not even respond to the email to Thunder Labs about my order number because I just wanted my money back. I watched my account for about a week and never saw a refund. I went into my Paypal account where I saw that Chris Lee had cancelled my refund. I ended up called Paypal where they forced a refund and a couple of days later I received my refund. Then all of a sudden I get another email telling me that my order has been delayed because of the Virus in China. This came after I finally responded to the "we can't find your order email" with my order number. They are still arguing with me about this order that I never received! Do NOT order from this company!!! I'd give 0 stars if possible.
