Unprofessional and extremely Poor Service

I am really frustrated with the poor and unprofessional service received from Bongane Ngema at Thummy homes. I've been promised my deposit back since the second week after the exit inspection although the lease agreement states they have 30 days. He has been making empty promises every week since. Today is day 1st and still no deposit. Then we had to go into their office since no correspondence was received from them to be met by a ridiculous quote of R750 to replace 2 x 15 x 30cm windows, R850 for a oil stain in the parking caused by the neighbours car and R600 for pallets removal fee that was not removed by him or his company but by the care taker of the complex as arranged on the day if exiting the unit. He takes forever to respond to my e-mails or doesn't take my calls. I would advise anyone against renting with Thummy Homes as their customer service is beyond poor they are ******. This is exactly why people don't pay the last months rent because of estate agents like this. They would do anything to not pay back your deposit.
