Uphold the products good name

I purchased a Thule case for my iPhone 6 about 3 months ago, and the product is advertised with a 25 year guarantee. After a few weeks of use, it started developing a crack at the bottom. I contacted Thule Woodmead who said they would look at it, if i brought it in to them.<br> When i eventually did take it in, it was replaced with a brand new one off the display stand in minutes with no questions or the regular BS that goes with alot of products these days.<br> their no-nonsense guarantee means that I will always be on the lookout for Thule product options when i purchase any gear.
