Thule roof racks are easily ******

@thule_sa my roof rack and bike rack were ****** last week Thursday night from my Ford Fiesta in Gezina. Grossly dissatisfied and disappointed. No damage to my car though. I thought the Thules were not easily ****** due to the locks. Given my experience I wouldn’t advise anyone to get a roof rack as they are easily ****** , not sure if THULE has any guarantees as result
