Abusive staff in shop

One pays a premium for Thule products, so you expect some support for this? If your bike rack is more than 4 years old they reckon it is to old to support. The guy in the shop did not even recognise the fastening mechanism and had zero clue what could be wrong. Reckon there is no reason they should have stock of the item most likely to fail on any bike rack. And then the staff (both), got verbally abusive when it seemed I was not a happy client - I was called an idiot. So if this is the support you crave, then by all means buy Thule.
