RUDE OWNER

I am quite flabbergasted at the rate the "OWNER" of this Guesthouse is hostile. She is rude to say the least, I had booked for a room for Sunday night which is tomorrow. I then asked to deposit some money so as to secure my room. We agreed, now I got a personal problem and called to inform her about the tragic incident which happened. Not only is she rude when I ask about her refund policy but she drops the phone while am still talking to her. I call again so as tp inform her that I have found someone who will occupy the room on my behalf, she rudely tells me that she is busy and that if I want to I should send her an sms...

I will never book her again!!!
