I requested a Jungle Gym from TNS Jungle Gyms in October 2021 to be installed November 2021. I phoned all the references given by the business owner, and have received good feedback from all. Thereafter I paid the deposit, and that was the last of the quick replies.

The jungle gym is still not installed, I have phoned and sent WhatsApp messages just to be declined and ignored. I have however received multiple excuses and promises of refund. I still have all the messages saved.

I even opened a police case of theft under false pretenses. The SAP came back to me and said the address is false.

This is one big ****. Be careful of this business.
