Toxic stay

Stay away! Worst management experience I have ever encountered. After 15kms of gravel road we were welcomed by the general manager Rodney with a 20min long threat to not make noise or ‘abuse’ alcohol. He could apparently see where this was going (two black couples in their late 20s). He is rude to his staff, discriminates and is condescending towards guests. After walking on egg shells the entire time, we decided to check out after one night and he has since refused to refund us after promising to do so on the day. We left hungry by the way, breakfast was on a shoe string budget.

This place left a bad taste in my mouth, my heart aches for the employees. We said a little prayer for them on our way out.
