I placed a order for eggs they gave me a costing with delivery costs included of which was paid. They asked for proof of payment and even went as far as sending me a whatsapp message notifying me that the stock has left. A tracking number was sent by the apparent logistics company. Problem came in when they were requesting further payment for insurance after all payments were made upfront. I then contacted them asking what is this? They said if I don't pay the insurance my stock will not be delivered. I was furious because of the lack of communication about this. To date my whatsapp messages and emails are being ignored as they said they would refund me within 5 working days it has been almost 2weeks they haven't made any attempt to even conact me back.
