Long piece of plastic in the chicken /lunch meals

Thrupps looks like such a great store to be in and shop in but the 2 falling points they have is the mis-labeling or non-labeling of food and foreign objects like plastic and sometimes long black hairs too. I have complained many times, , first in a polite way and nowadays I am just rude but their response is the same no matter what. Too much ego and and too many chiefs in this place for there to be complaints heard. STaff are demotivated there so the care on food quality and labeling has been removed. Pork and non pork products being served from the same kitchen is fine since it is not Kosher but since many people who are Jewish shop there they really ought to label food properly and have supervision all the time in the kitchens and I mean ALL the time. Such a waste of energy in all this though and they dont and wont listen to suggestions because it is again, ,all ego. I really used to love Thrupps. Going to the paper has not helped as I am told they cannot prove what I am saying.<br> <br> Sincerely <br> Garth James
