Selling Code 3 vehicles as a code 2

I have bought a Chev Utility bakkie from Throtl Motors in Sinoville PTA Jan 2020 not knowing that it was a code 3 / rebuild vehicle (dealership sold it to me as a code 2/second hand vehicle). Now that I want to return the vehicle for a full refund / settlement the dealership is not assisting me in any way.
