Constant terrible service

<p>Had dinner at Thhrobbing Starwberry and was ignored by the waiters for the first 15 minutes and then have to complain to the manager to get served. When our food arrive I ordered a side plate of chips, it cost R32 and I got 17 chips. R2 per chip!!! Insulting!!!</p>
