Thrive Preschools

Great sales pitch but unfortunately, with all the great reviews that can be found on the Thrive homepage... you will deeply regret placing your child/ children in Thrive preschools

No process to actually get to a headmaster or someone who can actually make a decision...one needs to mail the front-office worker first who then apparently sends the message on the relevant person... unfortunately in my case this was done numerous times but due to the "High and Mighty" complex of the Thrive brand, providing feedback was not important...but taking my Money was.

The staff tend to think they can talk to adults in the same manner that they talk to the children, they dont like it when an adult stands up to them...unfortunately for most of the parents they are held hostage either because they feel they have no other choice or by the psychological tactics deployed by Thrive when an issue is encountered and eventually discussed after having to jump through hoops of fire to actually find someone who can address the issue

Thrive does not take accountability or responsibility for any wrong doing on their side at all...i

I was advised after an altercation ensued between my Wife and the front office admin clerk who jumped to a conclusion based on assumption before actually finding out the facts, that I have one hour to come and collect my son..... who do you think you are Thrive, using my child and Wife as a pawn in your pathetic attempt at covering up your utter and complete incompetence and failure?????

The Thrive brand is absolutely *********** at dealing effectively or at all with issues that are sold in their sales pitch so well, one of MANY examples is Bullying, praise the bully and belittle the child who is actually being bul****...thats how bullying is dealt with at Thrive..., that is one of MANY factual examples that can be placed on this post, I dont believe this text block has enough space available for me to actually enter everything.

After a heated session with Thrive, I was promised verbally and via email that a credit would be passed into my account in terms of the monies already paid as well as a written report on what transpired before I arrived at the premises to fetch my son.... its now a day later and the absolute insolence and "Thrive time" attitude is sickening, after being assured via email and verbally.

My advice, think very very carefully before placing your child/ children under the Thrive umbrella, you will realize after a while you have made a huge mistake.
