Unfair Labour Practice

<p>My Daughter worked for more than two years for Thrifty Car Sales and has recently found a better proposition work wise and therefore resigned from Thrifty. the monthend after her resignation she did not recieve her full salery and nobody could give her a reason between the amount on her payslip and the amount paid into her bank account. On the montend of her resignation month, again, the same happend. They have even not yet paid her her leave days due either. </p> <p>when Querieng this, she was told that the payroll is now being handled from Cape Town and she needs to sort this out herself.</p> <p>I feel that this is not fair labour practise.</p> <p>Because of the way my daughter was treated by Thrifty, I declined a interview for a position at Thrifty.</p>
