Thrifty car sales representative Essop Jooma confirmed that I would be reimbursed for the number plates as well as the registration costs for the cars I bought from Thrifty car sales.

Thrifty reimbursed me for a partial amount for the registration costs, I have not received the reimbur*****t for the number plates for any of the cars.

Thrifty did not communicate in any way that I would only be partially reimbursed.

This has been pending since July 2020 (nearly 3 months today).

Is this the level of customer service on can expect from Thrifty car sales?
