Total waste of time and zero competency

Really disappointing and a waste of time I recently rented a car and returned it on the 26th of February. Up until today they have not paid me my deposit which they claim to have transferred into my acount on the 10th of March. When i call they say i must email because they cant help over the phone and when i email there is no explanation or help and no superior that i can call or email. They wont even send me an invoice which i requested several times and they said they were emailing it from the 10th until now. I don't recommend them to anyone. There is also R700 that they claim to have deducted from my deposit even though they checked the car when i returned it and they said everthing was ok. I have all the signed paperwork emails and phone recordings to prove all this. They are a waste of time.
