Thrifty car rental

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I returned a vehicle that I had rented for 4days on Monday the 6th December 2021. The payment was approved on the 7th December...today is the 21 December and still they have not returned my money. I will make use of first Car rental or Avis as I never had an issue with either one of them. This company is pathetic
