Stuck in the middle of no where

I was travelling from Durban to JHB and I got stuck after the Tugela Plaza. Called Thrifty at 05:47am to advise them of this and they advised e that their Durban office will deal with it. A guy by the name of Brian called me and told me that he is dealing with the query and he will call me back after 10min which he never did. Called their number and it was constantly engaged.

Called the JHB office and they took their time to respond to me. Spoke to a guy by the name of Jaco. I was the one who keep on calling them and no one bothered to call me back and check if I'm okay. I was stuck in the middle of nowhere with no water or toilets nearby.

Long story short I only got a replacement car at 15:30pm .

No apology or anything from Thrifty Car Rental.

THEIR SERVICE IS BAD.....EXTTREMELY BAD.
