No deposit refund

<p>I returned my hired vehicle on the 16th of March and was told that the deposit will be refunded after 7 days.</p> <p>I have checked with my bank and Statement numerous times and there is still no reflection of any Refunds.</p> <p>Please would someone get back to me on this matter. R 5000 holding deposit and R 1000 deposit for fuel and E tolls. I returned the vehicle with a Full Tank of gas. </p>
