Horrible customer care!

I bought a car end of March 2020 from Thrifty Car sales Boksburg. 2-3 days after purchase, I noticed that there was something wrong with the tires. So I went to a tire shop to get them checked and I was informed that the two front tires were worn out! The car would shake when I drove past 80km/h So I went to Thrifty And they agreed to change them and fit in new tires. We later noticed that they fit in two front tires that were smaller than the back tires. When my dad was inspecting the car after we bought the car he also noticed that the rim at the back was bent!! So in June my alignment was off and I went to Dunlop to have it checked out, they were appalled at how unaligned it was!! So what I think happened was that Thrifty added the new tires and did not align my car. I remember the change being very quick. Fine I got the tires aligned and they also told me that the wheels at the back were damaged!! Now I have to spend more money to get new tires because the car is unstable with the two different sizes and the damage on top of that. Last month I had to purchase a new battery. I have spent money and time on this car every single month and I’ve only had it for 5 months!! I honestly wouldn’t recommend that anyone buy their car there. How do you sell a car with damaged wheels and a faulty battery?! How?! The least you could do is give us new wheels and a new battery!! The second star rating is for the sales consultant that helped us. She was amazing. Otherwise they get 1 star from me.
