Bad service and buying experience from Thrifty Car Sales

I bought a 2016 Toyota Navi 2.4 from Gwen from Thrifty , waited weeks before my deal was approved . I was also undecided which vehicle to purchase but once I made the decision it took forever for Thrifty to conclude the deal. The day when the vehicle was supposed to leave for East London , the keys was lost . I requested that the vehicle be serviced while waiting for the bank approval , but to my disgust the " ABS" light still comes on that indicate that the brake pads was not changed or the ABS system checked . My Toyota Navi arrived three weeks ago without any documents. The excuses never stop . I vow to never buy any vehicle from them . I
