BAD SERVICE

I’m very upset I phoned your sales department spoke to Edith, I asked her to help me with a quotation we need to book car rental in Namibia in May she was very unhelpful and said I can go online and do it there she can’t assist me, she didn’t explain why not just said she can’t assist and need to go online this was very unprofessional the manner she spoke to me she asked me if I’m an agent ,I explained I’m a client that need to book car rental this was very bad service I had to book with Avis because of this bad service
