Bad Service

The service I received from Khaya Duma was extremely poor. Phoned in to make changes to my booking he doesn't confirm any amounts to be paid and just said confirmation send when I ask how much will i have to pay he was very rude and just said check confirmation emailed to you. I told him i don't have access to my emails now and asked if he can give the amounts then he said system subsequently the system crashed.
