4000 Deposit Refund has gone missing

n the 28th I booked a car at Thrifty car rental. The amount R1101.00 was debited off my credit card I then went to the bank to deposit R2000 as I didn’t have enough money for a Deposit Auth of R4000.

After doing all that I proceeded to the car rental branch to fetch the vehicle that I booked and R4000 deposit auth was taken off my credit card and I was left with R781.50 this happened at 16:51 on the 28 October 2019. Till to date, there is no trace of that money, no one can tell me where there R4000 went to. I have spoken to the car rental to check according to Reylin and Simangele from Thrifty Car Rental, money was reversed into my account. I then spoke to Tamie from the credit card department who told me their no pending funds on my cards, but she suggested I speak to the Credit Auth department. I was then transferred to the Authorisation department I speake to Siweli who advised me to lodge a dispute and she also told me she can see the hold but not the reversal I must call the car rental so they can tell me when was the reversal done. The vehicle was returned on the 16th of November 2019. According to thrifty reversal was done within 24hour. I only need to know what happened to the money that was taken on the 28th of October 2019 today is the 19th December 2019 still nothing in my account and nor one seems to know what happened to that money. I have gone through my transactional history and I have gone through my statement with a bank consultant. Also when I call I run out of airtime and nor one bothers to call me back. People are requesting their refunds why are you taking people's refunds. I am going to expose you to the news papers, reatsotella, speak out. So sick and tired of this I WANT MY R4000. I OWE YOU NOTHING I have returned your car please return.
