My son ordered an item of clothing from @thriftswaggza online, and paid R420 for it. But as soon as payment was made, he was promptly told that the item was no longer available. Very poor customer service, but understandable. However, when he asked for a refund, he was ignored. After several weeks of regular requests for a refund, we finally decided to open a case of theft with SAPS - especially after their most recent response to my son's desperate attempt to get his money back, which was: "Come on Bro, it's only R420" That's when we decided to open a police case against them, because if that's their attitude to customers money (pocket money) then they're doing it to everyone, and someone needs to put a stop to this ******** behaviour. This outcome could have all been prevented with an honest, timely refund of R420 ... But don't worry Bro, it's only a ******** record.
