Mishandling of important documents

I saw a post of Facebook about an internship opportunity at threshing flow which I then app****. I got an email on Saturday saying that I was amongst the people that were chosen for the internship so after reading the email I saw a few attachments I then opened the attachments to my surprise there was one attachment with a spreadsheet with a list of all the people chosen for the internship programme with their contact numbers and ID numbers. I could not understand how a company can disclose close to about 50 ID numbers to all the people chosen for the internship I mean ID numbers are not supposed to handled in this manner. I then rep**** to the email by asking how they could be so careless with our identity numbers they then rep**** by saying no they did not send the ID numbers I then further rep**** by attaching a screenshot of what I was referring to and I did not get any response from them when I called this morning and they did not answer.
