**Title:** 7 Weeks of Delays, Broken Promises and Poor Communication I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from 3Sixty Marketing. I placed an order for two branded teardrop flags for my business and paid in full. After waiting **7 weeks**, I was eventually informed that they were unable to supply the flag skins and refunded me for that portion of the order. While I appreciate receiving the refund, it does not excuse the inconvenience, wasted time, and poor communication throughout the process. During those **7 weeks**, I was repeatedly assured that everything was on track. On **more than one occasion**, I was specifically informed that my flags had **already been reprinted** and that they were ready for delivery. I was also **promised delivery several times**, yet those promises were never fulfilled. Each time I expected the order to arrive, I was left disappointed and had to follow up myself for answers. As a business owner, I rely on suppliers to deliver what they promise. Waiting nearly two months, only to be told the order could not be fulfilled, had a direct impact on my business and marketing efforts. To their credit, the owner, **Kevin Butho**, responded to my formal complaint and acknowledged that the level of service I received was unacceptable. However, I am still waiting for the answers that were promised. Both **Denise (the manager)** and **Kevin Butho (the owner)** have undertaken to investigate what went wrong and get back to me, but at the time of writing this review, I have still not received any explanation or meaningful feedback. Good customer service is not only about refunding money when something goes wrong—it is about honest communication, managing customer expectations, and following through on commitments. Unfortunately, that did not happen in my case. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend 3Sixty Marketing. I sincerely hope they improve their communication, internal processes, and customer service so that other customers do not have to experience the same frustration.
