Booked into a disgusting store room for 3 day stay

Checked into Three Willows last night for a three night stay and we are disgusted. I can only think that we have been checked into an old storage room. The cupboards are filled with old musty books and boxes, there are leftover toiletries in the bathroom cupboard, we are sleeping under a summer duvet in the middle of winter with a wine red (dog blanket?) on top of the bed. Any establishment with this total lack of standards which allows this to happen should not be in business.
