Disappointed loyal customer for 2 years

I have so disappointed with Tree Top adventures SA in Fourways / Riversands.

This afternoon of the 08 October 2023 I took my two children for an outing there. By the way, we are loyal customers for the last two years as it is closer to my house and the staff were always great with our children.

However this afternoon 08 October 2023, as we arrived at the Tree Top aventures premises. We were received by a white arrogant lady who had a dog that aggressively chased my son with the intention of causing grievously body harm.

This white lady who was is staff member of this place as she was attending to me in the reception area, didn't have her dog on a leash nor kept it safely so it does not bother the children. Instead she just looked at her dog that chased my son so aggressively and she had the nerve of blaming my son.

My son ran for her life, unfortunately he fell on his back and hurt his head, neck and back.

I took my son to Life Fourways Trauma and emergency unit where he was taken for observation, x rays and counseling.

I am so disappointed and hurt, I will share my frustration with the management of this place. Our kids are not safe at this establishment.
