Three Sisters Beauty located in Stuttgart, Germany is absolutely the best. The salon is spotless, the staff friendly and kind. The work is top-notch. I have had my eyeliner and eyebrows both done by Peri ad I could not be happier with the results! Can not recommend them enough!
