THREE OAKS AND AN ALOE BOUTIQUE HOTEL

I booked for a weekend away at this venue and had to cancel for personal reasons. Filed my cancellation and now that I have to get my refund I've been given a runaround for over 4 weeks and every time I call they dodging my calls and claim whoever's dealing with my matter is not around. All the time there's no manager available and no one to assist! Yes everyone knows my name there as I've been calling for over 4 weeks now! FYI my name is John Kekana
