TELEPHONES NOT ANSWERED

I called Three Cities landline in Durban, at 16h30, the voice notes stated that the office hours are until 17h00 I waited 20 minutes for them to answer to no avail, bad service . All I wanted to enquire about was the loyalty / rewards system and how it worked - I guess they do not want loyal clients <br> Really not impressed
