Rude General Manager Nisha from urban park

I was dining downstairs with my lady friend she also resides at urban park , she told me that the staff at reception refused to print for her, of which I've done plenty of times and got charged for it,she was told bu Nisha in a rude way that she's a residence and she can't print, please note we eat at urban park hotel daily, we customers I went to confront her to ask what are we entitled to do as tenants short version GM was rude caused her a scene and than apologized in a sarcastic manner, she remain bitter we went to the pool area enjoying our lunch and ****tails, we swam as it was hot than GM called security on us at the pool we were told to leave the pool area rudely we thrown out and told never to come again it was embarrassing, we weren't given a chance to pay our bill as we were thrown out, it was embarrassing, the South African cricket stayed there last month and the roof was forever leaking and cracked walls, the junior staff at urban park empathized with us and told us that Nisha is abusive towards black people shes and Indian ****** towards Africans / Black people,
