Poor service Three Cities Hotel group ( AHA Group)

They sell you their premier card with many vouchers annually but when you try to make a booking, they ignore you. I tried to make a booking twice and on both occasions the lady from their call centre told me she will call me back and I am still waiting after a week! I had to book elsewhere. This is really pathetic and does not give you value for money at all.
