poor service

My fiance and I booked in on 2015-10-19 and left on 2015-10-21, our food menu was very poor, which was included in our package, food on the menu was limited and there was no stock of chicken or sausages, pool facility was not operational at mahogany lodge, rooms were messed wit rat droppings, had to do a lot of driving to the main pool, not impressed at all, especially with the food arangment
