Dissapointment turned to Joy

we arrived on the evening of the 12th (Fri), as we took a bath in the morning of the 13th the toilet and the bath over-flooded with drain water (blocked), clothing got wet, the bathroom was messy. Heaven made arrangements to relocate us to another room (31), Jabu came to see us to apologize and explain that it might have been shrubs from trees that caused the blockage, they brought back the clothes after washing and ironing them, Jabu made up by extending a day to the 16th June, we were grateful for that and we will certainly tell our friends and come back for another stay again.
