Dissapointed

I recently booked in through [URL Removed] for the night to spoil my wife for her birthday expecting to find a jacuzzi etc and sadly found the facilities advertised are misleading. We expected to enjoy a buffet meal for supper as is advertised as being available daily and is not so. Wifi is advertised as being free but there is a limit which is only disclosed in the booklet found in the rooms. The actual accommadation was very good and the staff are very pleasant. Breakfast could have a better spread and something to consider is to possibly include breakfast with accommodation. Manager on duty needs to concentrate more on customer satisfaction instead of excuses and explanations.
