Charged me R850 for the platter that worth R200

Hello Peter, I was very disappointed about the service that I got in Imvubu Lodge which is under new management 3 Cities, they are service is pathetic and prices are ridiculous,when protea used to the place everything was in order and top standard. 1st week of January I made a booking for my friends bridal shower which was going to be on 27 Feb., I ordered the platter for 15 people,everything was written down in the diary, 3 days before an event I was told that I need to pay for vanue,they told me I must pay R250 for the venue, 1 day before an event a guy with a name Craig called me and told me I must pay R1500 for an event, I told him that I cant afford that, and he says itis ok but next time I he will charge me R1500. On a day of bridal shower I was embaembarrassed,the platter that they prepared was reduculious,small and horrible. I think when they prepared it they forgot that it for human being not pet, presentation was poor, no taste, no meet small portion for 8 people not 15 people. I called crag to complaint and his response was it is because he did not charge for vanue that why the platter is so bad. But really is that kind of service one deserve, I was really upset.
