Refund request denied

<p>I won an auction on bidorbuy through their seller "Three Brothers" on the 24th March 2017. As per agreement, paid for the win on the 25th March. I received a tracking number 05/04/2017. Tracked my order only to find out that it was delivered to another person on the 06/05/2017. I then requested a refund from the seller on the 16/05/2017 and he agreed to refund. It is now a week and no money has been rufunded. I have constantly sent the supplier emails requesting refund and I have been given excuses that their accounts lady is off ill. I have given him a negative rating on Bidorbuy and now he refuses to communicate with me and says that he will report me to bidorbuy and will no longer communicate with me. The amount to be refunded is not pocket change. I have never been so insulted and humiliated by a company/person like this "Three Brothers". </p>
