My daughter ordered sneakers from Threadnsole website on 10 November 2024 and received a confirmation that her order was received with an order number #TNS1257. To date, we have not received an update on the shipping details nor have we received the sneakers we ordered. We have made several attempts to contact the company on their website, social media platforms and they do not respond to messages sent.
